ANGEE W. wants you to love your purchase and we will do our best to ensure your happiness. So, we do take care in customizing your order before or after you place your order. Please note that personalized and customized items are not refundable or exchangeable.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?MY ORDER WAS NOT RECEIVED / RECEIVED DAMAGED:
- Please contact us via ORDERS to report non receipt* or damage. If the product is damaged in transit we will require documentation so please be prepared to send e-mailed photos of damage.
* Please note that we do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking update. However, we will do our best to work with you should such points of confusion arise.
SHIPPINGFOR ALL ORDERS:
- For "made to order" orders, there's typically a 1-2 weeks turnaround. Please note, this means you order will be shipped 1-2 weeks days from the day it was placed. At our busiest time of year (April to October), however, turnaround may be up to 2-3 weeks. We will contact you should there be exceptional delays.
- If you need an order expedited or an address changed on an order already placed, please contact Vincci and she'll be glad to make any needed adjustments for you. The cost of shipping upgrades will be invoiced through PayPal and your shipment released once paid.
SHIPPING BY REGULAR SHIPPING WITH NO TRACKING OPTION?
- Please note: buyer assumes responsibility for shipments sent via Hong Kong Post or CanadaPost Small Package. It is a more affordable option though comes with some risk as we cannot track beyond our borders and there is no delivery guarantee on this option. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for MIA orders using this method.
- Orders are shipped from Hong Kong or Canada. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties and brokerage fees that may be billed by customs in accordance with your respective country's policies.
- If you prefer to use your own carrier and account, please contact Vincci for additional info and steps. We will refund any excess shipping charged should we receive a better rate by the time your order is packed.
